LifeStream’s Employment & Training Division has a long history of successfully training candidates for the healthcare industry.
We provide our clients with the confidence, knowledge and foundation of skills to help them become reliable, effective, and productive healthcare providers.
We adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and are licensed as a Private Occupational School by the Massachusetts Office of Private Occupational School Education.
Training programs are available for the following:
- Nurse Aide
- Home Health Aide
- CPR/AED*
- Basic First Aid*
*This program is not required to be approved by the Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) and is not approved by DOL.
The Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide Training Program is designed to integrate theory and clinical standards of practice required for a Nursing Assistant in the State of Massachusetts.
Students of the dual program will receive the following:
- Certificates for all completed programs
- Assistance with reciprocity to other states
- Hands-on instruction in DPH-approved nursing homes, hospital settings or home care
Total hours: 120
The Home Health Aide Training Program is designed to integrate theory and clinical standards of practice required for a Home Health Aide in the State of Massachusetts. The students of the Home Health Aide Program will receive the following:
- Certificates for all completed programs
- Hands-on instruction in DPH-approved nursing homes, hospital settings or home care
Total hours: 75
