Research shows kids with autism who start applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy before age five have better communication and language skills, stronger adaptive and self-help skills, and less need for long-term support services.

ABA services help the entire family support your child to learn and thrive at home. The American academy of Pediatrics says ABA is the most effective, research-based therapy for children with autism and developmental delays.

LifeStream’s Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program offers outpatient and in-home services for individuals from three to 26 years of age. Services are provided by our trained clinical staff including:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst
  • Registered Behavior Technician

Our Early Explorers Program is designed for children ages three to five with autism who are not ready for a traditional, full-time school setting. The program focuses on core skills like joint attention, gestures, and imitation to support the development of speech and language. We focus our teaching on play.

We accept most insurance plans, including Mass Health. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8;30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 70 Mill Road in Acushnet. For more information, contact Robbin Sousa, Director of ABA Services, at RSousa@LifeStreamInc.com or (508) 999-1620.
