Due to the pending snow storm all day programs and offices will be closed Friday 2/10/17, offices open at employee discretion. All employees who are scheduled to work in the residential programs must report to work.

Cancelation or Delayed opening of LifeStream’s Day Program will be announced on Channels 10, 12 ABC 6, FUN 107 and WBSM 1420AM. The announcement will be broadcast by 6 AM.

The information will also be available on each of the station’s websites and on LifeStream’s website.

In order to be reimbursed for this time Day Program staff shall use accrued vacation, personal, or sick days providing they are eligible for such time. Employees may choose to take this day without pay. The decision as to which benefit day to be used or decision to take the day without pay shall be indicated on the timesheet submitted to payroll office for that pay period.

Day Program staff wishing to work at a residence when Day Programs are closed due to weather conditions must call the residential manager to make arrangements. Office personnel may use benefit time or take the day without pay if not reporting to work due to weather conditions.

LifeStream’s residential programs are continuously operational regardless of weather conditions. If unable to work due to weather conditions, residential staff scheduled to work will be required to leave a telephone number where they can be reached and will be required to work if transportation is provided to them. In order to be reimbursed for the time, residential employees unable to work due to weather may use vacation or personal time providing they are eligible for such time. If not eligible for benefit time, employees must take the time off without pay. Residential employees who have accrued vacation or personal days on record may choose to take this day without pay.
