LifeStream, Incorporated: Clinical Services

The Clinical Services Department provides quality assurance and unique clinical services at each disabilities program location in order to support optimal health of individuals served while promoting quality of life. We are focused on the highest quality of care for each consumer. All individuals are evaluated to provide services that will enable them to achieve more independent living within the community. Combined, our resources make LifeStream a leader in the field.

At each of our Day programs, the Clinical Services Department provides specific services for participants. These services are available on-site at our day programs and off-site at
nursing homes and LifeStream's residences.
