Mission
LifeStream, Inc. provides community-based services throughout Southeastern Massachusetts that promote personal dignity, independence and the removal of barriers through the provision of individualized support and education.
We accomplish this mission through:
- Community residential programs that facilitate independent living for people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury
- Day support services that promote the health, growth and quality of life for people participating in facility and home-based educational and clinical supports
- Transportation services enabling people to take full advantage of resources available in their community
- Employment and training services that provide basic education and certification training for people pursuing skills enhancement and long-term employment opportunities
- Advocacy on behalf of those we support through community education and influencing of public policy discussion
