W. Desrosiers, Sr. Vice President, Administration & Finance
Robert (Bob)
joined the LifeStream organization in 1987. He brought extensive business acumen
to the organization, installing a cost centered automated accounting system in
1987 still in use by the organization today. He authored the internal control
structures and policies of the organization in accordance with GAAP (Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles). Bob
has grown within the organization, first being hired as the Business Manager,
later promoted to Director of Accounting and Finance and now holds the position
of Sr. Vice President Administration & Finance. In his new role, he has general
oversight and responsibility for all accounting functions, including extensive
monthly financial statements, budgets, audits, corporate financing as well as
the administrative functions of the human resource department and management information
systems. Bob
has a degree in accounting and is also recognized as a CPM (certified purchasing
manager). Prior to joining LifeStream, Bob held the position of Treasurer of a
durable goods manufacturer and position of VP & Controller of a distribution firm. Bob
resides in the Fall River area. |
